Thank you for your interest in a Montara Portuguese Water Dog puppy. We breed on a very limited basis with the goal of producing healthy, structurally sound, and temperamentally exceptional Portuguese Water Dogs that thrive as beloved family companions, therapy prospects, and performance dogs.

Because our puppies are raised in our home and given extensive early socialization and care, selecting the right homes is extremely important to us. We take great pride in thoughtfully matching each puppy with the family and lifestyle best suited for them.

Our Commitment

We believe responsible breeding extends far beyond placing puppies. Every puppy we produce remains part of our extended family for life. If circumstances ever change, we require that our dogs be returned to us rather than surrendered to a shelter or rescue.
